The employee discount is alright, plus you get 15min breaks.

Cons

At least once a week, you'll close the store, get out between 8:15-9pm, then have to be back at 7am. Plus, you'll never have the same days on and off two weeks in a row, zero consistency

Pros

Coworkers and customers and nice to deal with. We have lunches paid for occasionally by the bimart employee association. We get two 15 minute breaks, and an hour lunch. Some holidays are paid. Customers are very nice because they have good prices there.

It’s a lot of standing.

Employees owned. Some bi-mart's different location are awesome to work with good management good environment.

Cons

To much favoritism. I feel that being an employee-owned company that one should strive to better the store sales. People were allowed to do whatever they wanted even if it wasn't the right way or company policy. Management didn't do their job.
