Pays fairly well for the area and there are benefits.

Cons

Varied schedule, as in not working the same shift in the same number of days, meaning no life outside of work. No autonomy, the stores and employees are micromanaged. Always short staffed, meaning you will work your tail off for nothing extra and no recognition.

Really low technology, run stores old-school style, but gives the store plenty of payroll just like in the old days.

Stuck in the 70s mentality is in the 70s pay is in the 70s and treats people that work in the store like garbage.
