Pros
Pay is based on experience, so you can get $17/hr just for being a cashier with a feed years. Better than most places rn. Paid holidays where you’re paid time and a half plus the normal shift you work if it’s a holiday. If you don’t work that holiday, you still get 8hrs pay. Health benefits and retirement, but idgaf I’m not staying for 20 years PTO (but it’s also your sick time)
Cons
Management is terrible like so bad. Scheduling is awful and PTO gets missed even when you ask for it. Currently you cannot have: “unnatural hair colors,” visible facial piercings, “disturbing” tattoos, or any sort of bright makeup. We also are denied water bottles at the registers unless it’s above 90 degrees (which rarely happens) and get yelled at when we do carry a water bottle. Coworkers that have been reported for harassment continue to harass the employees without reprimanding. Just bad vibes
