      Company lacks any integrity when hiring only concerned with there ego and boots line so salaried employees will get there bonuses while the hourly employees do the work.

      Great work/life balance; decent benefits; relaxed, family-style culture

      Cons

      Not very forward-thinking; reactive instead of proactive. Spends money opening new stores, but lets existing stores become deteriorated. Can easily get stuck in old ways of thinking and doing things.

      The management expects way to much out of new employees that were hired for the Christmas season, with the understanding that the employee had never cashiered before!
