      Good company until you have a problem

      Pros

      The customers, the experience, some of the employees become like family. It was a great place to start my career and had decent benefits.

      Cons

      They moved me a lot and I have gave the company 7 years of my life and the moment i had a problem they fired me without any documentation to back up their reasons. I went from opening stores to being unprofitable in less then 3 months. Made no sense and it was just because I said I was unhappy in my current store.

      Flexible hours, good benefits, fun & up-beat coworkers, learned a lot about retail

      Cons

      The schedule for the next week was not posted until Thursday and only one week at a time, making it very difficult to plan activities/appointments outside of work. Computer system, cash registers, etc. are very old and outdated and this causes many issues but the company is too cheap to upgrade anything. The manager at this particular store was definitely a bully, literally everyone is afraid of her and there are many stories of her bullying employees until they chose to leave the company.
