Pros

Decent wages for a retail position with frequent raises. Generally a cushy atmosphere, however they staff pretty lean so when it is busy, you feel it.

I would highly recommend starting a career at Bi-Mart. Competitive wages and benefits along with a great atmosphere to work in.

Cons

If you go into Management, you have to transfer to another store to be promoted.
