Pros

Hours are some what flexible. People were easy to get along with. Pay was responsible for the work you were doing.

Cons

Suppose to be a family oriented company, not really. Not everybody is treated the same. Someone in the in crowd would do something then if you tried to do it you would get in trouble.

Best Company I've Ever Worked For

Pros

-Great pay! I've worked in retail for over six years and this is the highest paying job I've ever had. The payscale is wonderful and the company is employee owned, so you get your share of the company stock, as well. -Amazing hours. I never have to work past 8 on weekdays or 6 on weekends (and most of the time I'm off even before that!). I feel comfortable asking for time off if I need it, and I know that if something important comes up in my personal life, my manager will have my back and allow me to take care of it. -GREAT coworkers! Everyone is friendly and supportive! Unlike other jobs I've worked in retail, BiMart employees show up everyday to work, help each other out, and have a fun day -- rather than gossip about each other or bring each other down. -BiMart values my previous experience in management and retail and allows me many opportunities to work in the different store departments and challenge myself every day.

Cons

-If you want a management position, you have to be able to relocate. I would love to apply for a management or even just a full time position (I have years of management experience), but unfortunately I cannot relocate so it's not possible. :(
