Supportive residents, but management and pay need improvement

It's assistant living so it's easier work everyone works together the residents are very nice

Cons

Some Management seems a little too you can't do this you can't do that that's really annoying the uniforms could be better why hunter green scrubs why not khaki or black pants with polo shirt like they did in 2019 they pay could be a little more for the aids and communication could be a whole lot better

Loved working with the residents and coworkers.

Cons

staffs for assisted living acuity but many residents are actually skilled nursing level acuity and should have more nurses and caregivers per resident. Only 8 days PTO a year and that is also used for sick leave.

IThe leadership team is warm, approachable, and creates an environment where everyone feels valued and free to be themselves. My colleagues are supportive and always willing to help, The Relias training provides an excellent foundation for quality care.

Limited hands-on orientation for new staff
