the residents are nice and the facility is pretty clean

Cons

The pay and the fact that they just hire anyone to have a body on the floor. if you work nights half of the time the employees are asleep and they don't offer a shift differential.

Good Environment and friendly staff The Residents concerns are quickly addressed and the management listens to them more .

Cons

Poor Management of human resource.I didn't like the schedule and the management does listen and address the concerns of the staff promptly. Some Nurses yell at the Caregivers and bully them.
