The Pay scale is competitive.

Cons

They take a long time to train. Staff is disconnected from eachother and critical processes. Support from leadership is lacking and is detached from the day to day operations and tasks. Leadership is not competent. You can choose to invest but you will be taken advantage of and quickly burn out.
