Zero actual opportunity. Boys club. Don't believe the warm and fuzzy "we care" lies. They will use you and tell you what you want to hear. Absolute worst mgmt team ever (except for 1). They don't value you.

Location... that's the only benefit.

Another reviewer mentioned "They are sexist, so if you’re a woman be prepared to be treated like a servant." TRUE. The owner/funding person has special relationships with the "Mean Girls" in the office, so if you are not part of that crowd, nothing really matters. I shared personal details with upper management and found out those details were not kept private.
