Probably the worst company I ever worked for. Broken promises, lack of transparency, horrible management. Layoffs all the time for no reason. Very clicky.

Innovative, front runner native advertising technology; best in class. Good people. Everyone has a lot of fun, strong camaraderie across the board. War room 3x a week with full transparency into company financials, etc., a gong to celebrate everyone's wins followed by an inspirational motivational speech from the CEO. Truly a special place to work.

Cons

Start up culture; not for everyone. If you love having skin in the game, truly contributing and building something special, you will do well here. My fifth, and loving every minute...
