I work with some of the smartest people on the planet and they do some amazing work. Also, the company is extremely flexible in terms of work/life balance and the work from home culture. As a result, there was zero lag when the pandemic forced us all to wfh, which was great. We were just recently acquired, but it still feels small and as if my voice matters throughout the organization.

Cons

There has been a lot of change this past year, which can be tough for any group.
