Pros

Great management. Growth and opportunity. Innovative solutions for your merchants needs. Values the opinions of their employees. Amazing career path.

Cons

No roof deck work space. Honestly, that’s the only issue I have.

What started out promising eventually turned toxic

Pros

-New equipment -catered lunches, snacks, drinks -company happy hours, team outings, -Good, growing company outlook -ecommerce is a booming industry

Cons

-No 401k matching -No raises or bonuses -Very long commute -Endless meetings involving way more people than necessary. Meetings were consistently made with a 10-minute heads up, had missing invites, and sometimes not made until it’s too late. -Unrealistic asks from C-suite that set the team up for failure. -Leads that think they can do no wrong and are the first ones to fingerpoint, even if the onus falls on them. Leads were completely incapable of taking accountability. -Toxic environment so political to the point where it affects performance and team morale. -Favoritism galore and "boys club" environment -Unlimited PTO was far from unlimited. PTO was locked for several months at a time, and usually frowned upon to take time off or work from home when needed. -Department heads hired and promoted their friends and people who have been there longer, regardless of the relevant experience or leadership skills -Middle management is unwilling to listen to employees, any issues or concerns were minimized and typically dismissed, ignored, or tabled. -Uncomfortability voicing issues with management when they arose, leads would talk amongst themselves and passive aggressively retaliate, which led to more of a team divide and lack of trust. -Consistently told to ‘act happier’ and ‘smile more’. Even bizarre notes about typing frequency and breathing volumes were brought up in 1:1s. -Middle management blames individual team members for overall low team morale. -Extreme lack of career growth. -1:1’s were consistently a list of what you did wrong, nothing positive, and no actionable solutions or ideas to help move forward. -Management and HR practices unethical, mentally-damaging processes of letting employees go, the process itself goes against the "act with fairness and integrity" core company values. Seems like HR is not on the employees side. HR is located on a different side of the country and is also unresponsive until it’s too late.

Ok. Not Great

Pros

Great product. Growing company. Free weekly lunch. Decent office space.

Cons

Inexperienced management all levels. They promote/hire based more on technical than management experience skills -- makes for a stressful environment as new managers learn management skills on the job in a high performance environment. Overall poor communication at all levels. Stressfull and non-efficient. Below market pay for existing employees. Poor performance salary review system. No bonus/401k.
