Pros
BigCommerce offers a nice benefits package to all new employees, corporate events throughout the year, and unlimited snacks + a weekly catered lunch. Home to the best people I have ever worked with.
Cons
BigCommerce will pay you significantly less than what you're worth on the market. Pay raises are few and far between. Receiving a promotion should not be seen as an alternative to a pay raise, especially when you are already under paid. The culture is on a steady decline, starting to feel more like a number/stat than a person at this company. Some departments get the red carpet rolled out for them while others get the short end of the stick. Unofficial motto: do more, care more, and be more efficient while we pay you the same.
