      Pros

      Great atmosphere. People generally enjoy their job, coworkers, and surroundings. It's definitely a busy office, but the company does so much to make their employees feel comfortable. Between the plethora of resources and my helpful coworkers, I know I will catch on in no time. I already am!

      Just traffic on the way here... but that can happen anywhere.

      Fair and honest about plans for the future. Open to suggestion. Very engaged with its employees.

      Cons

      Not a con really. Being a start up means being able to adapt to rapid change. This can be tough for people who are used to older established companies where little changes over time.
