      A forced happy atmosphere, lots of talent churn, for some roles very poor compensation, unqualified management

      Pros

      - senior leadership has done this before - and is still open to listening to ideas - genuine interest across the company in helping the company "win" in a very competitive space - Fast moving, for Austin

      Cons

      - Feeling some pains of transitioning towards becoming a more mature company - Some who joined thinking it was a traditional "startup" where you can just go and "do" rather than secure senior leadership approval for every initiative are feeling the sting of more rigidity and structure and red tape

      Great culture and opportunities to experiment

      Pros

      - Bunch of smart and nice people, very open minded and always willing to help each others - Healthy and blameless culture which lets people to experiment ideas and improve constantly - Great effort of product team to listen to clients and partners (and developers) to find best solutions and deliver value - Lots of perks in the office (free food, excellent beers selection, ping pong and board games...everything you can think of) - Fun environment but very productive at the same time

      Cons

      - Sometimes there's lack of communication across different offices and it's hard/slow to start projects that involve teams in different offices (although company is willing in some case to fly over people to fill this gap)
