      Pros

      Great team of hardworking individuals all looking to achieve the same goal. Company still has a strong startup mentality in that we are all working everyday to prove to the market what we truly believe: BigCommerce is the best SaaS platform in ecommerce.

      Cons

      Lots of organizational changes that occur frequently due to the nature of the growing company. Allows employees to grow in their expertise and continue to be challenged.

      * Challenging and diverse work load * Amazingly talented group of people to work with * Real attention to and understanding of peoples work / life balance needs

      Cons

      * BC staff is spread across 4 offices in 2 continents, travel between them can be fun but also can result in long hours or having meetings at obscure times to match with US timezones.

      * Genuine and authentic people and culture * Everyone's passion to be their best and do their best for our customers, our team and the company * The focus on people and development * Exciting and competitive space. Definitely, not a cruisey job, but great for those who want to be challenged, have a drive for excellence and want to make a meaningful difference.

      Cons

      * Still growing and maturing in some areas, but the positive is it gives people a lot of opportunities to solve interesting problems and do interesting work.
