      A great company that is too political considering the size of the company

      Pros

      - Fun company culture - Great office environment - Decent company benefits, pretty competitive for Austin - Really good at sugar coating the company

      Cons

      This company is messed up with company politics. Be vary careful of which department you join because the leader might not be respected and they’ll set you up for failure.

      Pros

      Great perks, office is attractive; and some really great people (Payments team). Would have liked to work there longer, but just wasn't the right fit.

      Cons

      So many, where to begin: - Pay is average - Staff are demoted from changes - Still waiting on IPO (can you believe that they're at Series F funding?)
