      - Great people - Great culture - Free Topo Chico - Awesome opportunity

      Cons

      - Competition in the industry is fierce - HQ is not exactly in town (Austin) - Its a start up that is still has some things to figure out (but making progress!)

      Leadership is focused on making this company the best it can be. Employees look at each other as they pass in the halls and smile (not the heads down, please don’t talk to me atmosphere). Where the company can go is infinite, it’s in a infancy stage even as large as it’s grown.

      Cons

      Rapid growth demands people who are willing to innovate and grow as the company grows - that’s not everyone and may not be for you.
