      Pros

      - senior leadership has done this before - and is still open to listening to ideas - genuine interest across the company in helping the company "win" in a very competitive space - Fast moving, for Austin

      Cons

      - Feeling some pains of transitioning towards becoming a more mature company - Some who joined thinking it was a traditional "startup" where you can just go and "do" rather than secure senior leadership approval for every initiative are feeling the sting of more rigidity and structure and red tape

      - Even though the company is growing quickly every day, they maintain their culture that makes them unique - Everyone wants to be there and seem genuinely happy to show up to work every day! - Lots of opportunity for growth in different departments.

      Location is their only con.
