      Pros

      Stocked kitchen, open door policy, casual dress code, competitive pay, young/agile company, transparency through company meetings, culture of MoJo, access to senior leaders, ALMOST every department under one roof, incredible collection of people!

      Cons

      Location (my commute), constant change, departmental silos, Google Apps, lack of transparency in pay grades or career paths, segmentation across office locations.

      If you want to work with and learn from the best of the best then Bigcommerce is the place! The fast pace is exciting and the leadership team is fantastic. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

      The fast pace isn't for everyone.

You also have the opportunity to work with top talent in the Austin office as well as our burgeoning San Francisco office which is chockfull of startup veterans who lead by example, get into the trenches. Learn through osmosis with the top talent on board at Bigcommerce, deliver and your career will rocket!

      Cons

      If you're passionate about making a difference, you may see yourself working beyond a 40 hour week. You don't have to in order to stay with the team, but don't expect a promotion if you aren't willing to put in the time.
