      Pros

      -Team on a mission. -Employees care about our clients and fight for their needs. Sometimes, we get a bit tense with each other in defense of a client. -Amazing Product, Engineering and Support teams. -Culture is strong; You will love coming to work. -3 great office locations: Austin, SF and Sydney -Executive team aligned, mature and get along with each other. This is the most important point. I've been at startups with immature and sniping management team. It's very demotivational.

      -Employees care about our clients and fight for their needs. Sometimes, we get a bit tense with each other in defense of a client. - Tough competitive landscape often causes rapid shifts in direction.

      Pros

      * Best decision ever to join Bigcommerce, everyone here is driven, supportive and on a mission together. The amount that the Engineering to Product to G&A teams are able to achieve here is fantastic * We have great leaders with solid strategy and hearts that care * People just want to get stuff done and happy to help each other achieve their goals * Awesome onboarding experience. I've never been so welcomed in my life and they were so organised, sending me my 90 day plan before I started and running me through a pretty robust program. I learnt a lot about the company, product, strategy and started feeling productive by the end of my first week.

      Cons

      * The interview process was long, but then again well worth it once you make it into the company.

      Pros

      I like my co-workers and I'll miss them when I'm gone.

      Cons

      The turn over of the executive team = lack of direction. Ego of management team. They care more about 'beating' shopify than they care about the employees or customers. This feels to be a bigger issues in San Francisco than Austin. Haven't delivered any meaningful features. Nobody knows what the company does so it's not exciting to work here and I don't feel proud to say I work here.
