      No Raises, No promotions, Dead end job...

      Pros

      Free food and drinks, Thats about the extent of it.

      Cons

      Super strict scheduling, no promotions ever, no raises. You job description will change and more work added without compensation. This truly is a dead end job and this is a show stopper especially if you are starting out on the bottom rung doing support. More turnover there in the last 6 months than i can count in the same department.

      Nice office space Good pay Great benefits Parking Garage Lots of restaurants close by Catered meals once a week

      Cons

      Office is pretty far away from town. Management has higher turnover rate than regular employees, making it sometimes difficult to figure out your place. Company changed business directions 4 times in a year

      Too much churn on good people

      * Great team at individual level. Hard working, caring for each other and customers

      Cons

      * HR and management focus on looking for the next shining hire, rather than retaining current people * Lots of churn on people. Constant reorg. Great people were let go because one or two exec feel they are not worthy. * Solid performers were not recognized. Showy staff gets attention and rewards. * Leaders focus on building their own brand (blogs anyone?), not on the team or customer.
