Leadership is focused on seeing you grow. Been promoted 4 times in 3 years, all with a chunky pay rise. The culture is amazing, team works well together, especially the sales team.

Cons

Team grew massively, sometimes hard to keep the culture going with people living in different places but they we do have get togethers a lot.
