      Quality people, Culture, Earning potential, Stock opportunity for all employees, Support from the highest level, Work environment, Cross-functional communication, Employee selection process

      Cons

      There are no real "Cons" to this business - To find some would be nit-picky since they are experiencing all of the things start-ups go through. With that said, it is not for everyone because you need to be able to deal the ups and downs of building a global business.

      Pros

      Just moved to a nice office, health insurance is free for employees, snacks, coffee, beer on Fridays most of the people are great.

      Cons

      The company is truly a joke. Its not a real company. Odds are the entire thing is going down the pishadoo. VC funding has propped it up to mask serious issues. Its basically a front for a few people to get rich, but those execs/VPs, etc. failed to learn even the most fundamental aspects of the business. Therefore, they make egregious mistakes. The business probably won't survive so they only want uber positive people that pay no attention to the glaring issues. All of the positive reviews are written by recruiters so please do not be fooled. They work people to the bone for hours on end and sell "culture" the entire time. It is really funny but unless you want to make a joke of your career don't sign on here.

      Pros

      Good pay (for devs), great perks, ESOP, lots of food, casual dress, games room, as many ways to procrastinate as you can poke a stick at.

      Cons

      All those perks are there to distract you from remembering that you're building a PHP shopping cart. If you can stomach that, then this is one of the best places to write code in Sydney.
