      Industry is exciting and full of dynamic players Culture is fun, "bucket 2" emphasis means you work with colleagues you are inspired by Ability to make contributions quickly to key projects

      Like most startups, Bigcommerce is still working out its value proposition to the market, and not everyone is on the same page just yet

      -Amazing culture -Co-workers who care about clients and work hard -Lunch on Tuesday -Well stocked kitchen with snacks & drinks -Weekly company meeting/Happy Hour -Even when things get tough or things are choppy, there are people that care and will work towards a resolution I have never worked with so many amazing people who really care. At my last job, I felt like a fish out of water and just didn't fit in. I feel so at home here and I can't wait to grow my career at Bigcommerce.

      Support has a time off freeze before the holidays (due to our busy time)

      Pros

      Lunch on tuesdays, snack kitchen. Ping pong

      Cons

      No career advancement. The "Pros" wear off really quick. Lots of turnover in senior management. Horrible location. Boring jobs. People love Bigcommerce, for the first 6 months. Once the novelty wears off its pretty boring. Takes forever to release features to their clients that are needed, doesn't seem to care at all about what clients want/need.
