Pros

Really cool people across offices Company valuation is on the upswing

Cons

Small subset of people that make decisions about people not in their direct organization Double talking is becoming the norm, not the exception No longer team or family atmosphere; looking out for self at the expense of others

Pros

Some of the people that work there are great others very click-ish. It's like being in high school all over again.

Cons

Watch your back because this company will find a way and reason to let you go or fire you once they do not want you anymore. Not like it used to be in the early days of BC. It's too corporate now. Too many faces have come and gone for various reasons. Major leadership changes and politics have led to this company downhill. If you work at BC you know what I'm talking about....

Pros

If you like to drink at work they have a Happy Hour every Friday with open Beer Bar. Free snacks and coffee at each station.

Cons

At least in my department, Migrations....Manager was abusive and petty, not just with me but with other Contractors. Was not given any metrics or concrete expectation/performance guidelines. Instead subject to the capricious or whimsical moods of Manager. This company is a culture of lip service about values and caring for customers and employees..but in execution what I experienced were petty and inexperienced managers more concerned about personal egos and maintaining their little fiefdoms. Greatest experienced I gained was learning the sort of environment I don't want to be in. Upper management...very concerned with politics and intrigue, from what I could observe. Customer service and support is shored up by first tier hourly Phone Support 'Ninjas', who, other then receiving free snacks, were not treated very well. One surface place appears upbeat, because of interior decorations and alot of cultish rhetoric...but I don't think this translates in practice. Wasn't there long. I could be wrong. The place is like Toxic Amusement Park.
