      Pros

      At BigCommerce you will find stellar training, health benefits, the BEST coworkers, and an ideal place to grow. The leadership on the sales team is above and beyond any expectations one could have - on every front.

      Cons

      Experienced many major and minor payroll errors. When irregularities are pointed out, everyone is eager to help- but in the end incorrect payroll/ commission errors cost the company twice. Overall the communication when an errors happen should be more formalized/transparent, to be more in line with the company values.

      Pros

      Transparent culture--people say what they mean and take ownership. Great change for me...other companies just spoke corporate speak or ghosted me when I needed information. Also, plenty of opportunities to move up within the company-no glass ceiling. I gave 5 stars even though it is not perfect--it is the best place I've worked so far!

      Cons

      Growing pains...comp not the highest in the market, especially not as an SDR. Pay gets better as you move up within the company.

      - Some nice people here and there - Good work/life balance - Good pay

      Cons

      - Depending on where you sit, there are a few toxic middle-managers and leaders who rely on gaslighting and bullying their workers - Insurance is just okay, no 401K matching - Fragmented teams - Lack of diversity at the top
