      Great Company, Great Benefits

      Pros

      Great company to work for, really respect the executive leadership team and the people. Fantastic health benefits, competitive PTO plan, nice office and amenities.

      Cons

      After some leadership on the People team exited, it didn't feel as much of a cohesive unit. Communication and planning suffered, the team started to feel a little more political. Hopefully with time and the right replacements this will fix itself.
