      Pros

      Great atmosphere. People generally enjoy their job, coworkers, and surroundings. It's definitely a busy office, but the company does so much to make their employees feel comfortable. Between the plethora of resources and my helpful coworkers, I know I will catch on in no time. I already am!

      Cons

      Just traffic on the way here... but that can happen anywhere.

      Pros

      Great team of hardworking individuals all looking to achieve the same goal. Company still has a strong startup mentality in that we are all working everyday to prove to the market what we truly believe: BigCommerce is the best SaaS platform in ecommerce.

      Cons

      Lots of organizational changes that occur frequently due to the nature of the growing company. Allows employees to grow in their expertise and continue to be challenged.
