Business Outlook
Pros
Executive level leadership is outstanding; they care about employees, values, and mission. Great people, definitely hire top talent.
Cons
There are a few Directors who are simply there as a result of tenure promotions; not the best people leaders. Also, the sales culture is more of an "order taking" and less of actual selling. Not as much empowerment as you'd expect from a smaller company, but you are encouraged to contribute and championed if you do and it's well received.
