      Pros

      Competitive pay, workable schedule, and nice atmosphere.

      Cons

      If over 1 mine on breaks/restroom breaks/lunch you are given infraction points. The only way to lose those infractions is to work overtime. 12 infractions and you get a write up, 15 and possible termination. Jude by metrics that are somewhat out of your control.
