Pros

A lot of open dialog and sharing of ideas in the operations team. Kind, supportive and helpful while striving towards excellence. A nearly ideal place to work with many perks abs a great attitude towards employees as team members and peers.

Cons

The Portfolio Manager role feels like a ceiling, which is okay at my point in life and career, but may not be for some. Interdepartmental communication, while well intentioned can be convoluted.
