Pros

The culture and people are amazing! Bigos offers professional development opportunities to help employees grow. It is a fun and caring atmosphere and I can say I enjoy coming to work every day! This is by far the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

Every organization has opportunities in which they can improved. I feel communication is an ongoing opportunity for Bigos and this is something I have noticed improvements since I have started over a year ago.

A Simple Review

Pros

-Great Team Setup (Managers really care about you and your team mates) -Great Company to learn the ropes of Property Management (But you will have to work hard) -Corporate office team is super nice and I MEAN SUPER NICE. ( The Support is fast as lightning) -The Discount on rent is a plus plus and so are the commissions.

Cons

-There can be a disconnect sometimes between corporate and the site level (But that is with every business) -Pay can be lack luster however there is room to grow and a job that is fun and happy at the end of the day cannot have a value. -With the buying season it can be great however things can slow way down in the slow season. And just like all property management companies its sink or swim when it comes to sales.
