Pros

The Corporate Team is approachable and inclusive with the properties they serve. I have worked for three property management companies in my career, and working for Bigos Management has been my best experience yet. They truly invest in their employees and they manage their many properties with consistency. I have met the owner on several occasion and I feel proud of the owner I work for, which I haven't always been able to say at other companies. Integrity, values, and vision are some of the words I would use to describe this company.

Cons

Aside from the leasing agents, employees do not much of an opportunity for bonuses.
