Pros

Overall good team to work. The leasing agents are friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance team.

Cons

The property management micromanages and not willing to open up to new ideas. They are really inflexible to your work hours and does not like to accommodate for you even if you are sick or have some sort of emergency,

Watch Out for Contradictions from Management

Pros

When hired, I was very excited to be part of a team that was customer-focused. I met some wonderful people that I will stay friends with after leaving. They pay pretty well for the industry and have standard benefits.

Cons

The upper management team doesn't know what's going on at site-level and makes decisions that aren't realistic in the local environments. Each building acts as its own island and policies are not adhered to, resulting in some employees being treated more favorably than others. The favorites, though, are those that work at the corporate office.
