Pros

Lots of hours even though it was a part time position, nice coworkers and I enjoyed it most when I was able to help customers. The job is not difficult, it could potentially be a very good job.

Cons

Strict and Short breaks, too much pressure to perform, little to no control over schedule. High turnover rate of staff. Pay is just above minimum wage. Failing equipment can make the job hard. Saving company money seemed more important than helping the customers.

Bullying / Abuse from management The HR department that alerts the HARASSER of your identity and what you had reported Pressure to max out all of your hours They will move your desk if you do not comply They will not allow you to go to the washroom outside of your 15 minute break (and if you do, they hound you for make up time on your days off. For going to the washroom. Not joking.) The other departments are filled with young kids who are belligerent, rude, disrespectful, and the departments allow these individuals to harass others The quality compliance is UNREACHABLE and so is "commission" This place is toxic
