      Pros

      A great company culture that really sticks to their values and wants employees to be happy. Nice company to transition to from graduation. Open PTO which is nice, but sometimes annoying because you don't have a set number of days, so sometimes you aren't sure how much you should take.

      Cons

      Pre IPO software company so things are constantly changing, which can be frustrating at times. One more thing specific to the ADR role is there isn't a defined path or goals of what you need to do to make it to the next level. This is something however that they are working on.

      Pros

      It's not often you come across such a well-structured and staffed marketing department with the caliber of talent you'll find at Billtrust. Everyone is professional, knows their stuff, and never gets arrogant about it. Incredible company culture. Collaboration and continuous improvement are priorities everyone lives by. Great work-life balance and fun challenges every day! The company seriously invests in solving real market problems, and leadership encourages learning and no sacred cows. A President who's an industry expert focused on operational excellence, combined with a visionary CEO, make for a leadership team that drives us forward.

      Cons

      The Denver office isn't in the best location, but it's worth the drive!
