The opportunities to learn and become better in your field are tremendous. One of the company tenants, "There are no sacred cows" is regularly seen in practice and new ideas are encouraged and always explored.

Cons
As with any company that grows quickly there are growing pains. Going from a model where one person knows everything to shared responsibilities leads to knowledge deficits and challenges that arise from that. Because what we do is so sensitive the margin for error is slim. It also means often times tasks need to completed yesterday.
