      Pros

      My experience with Billtrust has been very positive so far. The interview process was well structured, transparent, and focused on understanding both technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Throughout the hiring process, the recruiters and interview panel were professional, responsive, and respectful. The onboarding experience has been smooth and well organized. The HR team ensured that all pre-onboarding activities were completed on time, and the IT team had my laptop and system access ready from day one. I also received a warm welcome from my manager and teammates, with a detailed introduction to the team, projects, and overall organization. The employee benefits are comprehensive, and the company appears to place a strong emphasis on employee well-being and creating a positive work environment.

      As I have recently joined, it is still early for me to comment on long-term career growth, organizational processes, or work-life balance. Looking forward to learning more as I continue my journey with the company.

      The India GCC of Billtrust is hiring the best of the talent from across India. The culture and the benefits here are the best in the Industry. Love their India Leadership, they are so welcoming and high on enablement. They are offering industry leading benefits, a great work environment and the CEO Grant Halloran is an amazing Visionary Leader.
