Pros

WFH policy and lots of very talented people at the organization.

Cons

Poor alignment between sales, marketing, and product. Work flows and processes are constantly changing. Upper management never seems to stay for too long, even after going private. Lack of transparency from upper management. For a company that preaches diversity and inclusion in the work place, they don't offer much for under represented individuals. Benefits have become worse since going public. Not somewhere were you can grow your career. This company has a lot of the growing pains a start up typically has and they are far from a start up.

Pros

The Good -Salary/Benefits, if you're from a non tech company they're most likely better, if you work at a different tech company they're probably same or worse. There's many benefits though -Unlimited PTO, you can take off whatever time you need/want as long as you're on top of your work -Remote work, pretty awesome, no more commute, easier to concentrate/get things done -Excellent managers, there are a lot of fantastic managers/leaders who will advocate for you and your career -Coworkers, lots of smart interesting people that are fun to work with -Growth opportunities, personally I was promoted twice -Good product

Cons

The Bad and the Ugly - The product is good but innovation seems to have slowed down. The product organization does not seem to take our feedback either which is not a good sign for the future -Lot of changes, some I see I value in, some I don't -Stress, this is not uniform. There are some teams that are overworked while others seem to be cruising - Some managers seem to make everything that is wrong someone else's fault All in all, the good still outweighs the bad/ugly.

Pros

Although the managers let you feel the stress from up top, you’d really have to mess up to get put on a PIP or get fired.

Cons

There are many For starters, the pay is not up to par with other ADR positions. There are discrepancies amongst who can do well. Some ADRs have customers that boost their numbers, other territories have way more inbounds, and there are clearly favorites on the team. They will promise you a promotion within a year of starting, which couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s a good place to learn the tech industry but you probably won’t make it big here.
