      Pros

      My two favorite values are 'Customer Commitment' and 'Family First'! Billtrust ALWAYS understands when you need to take care of family and without our customers, there would not be a Billtrust. Billtrust provides you with tools you need to grow professionally and even personally - you just have to use them. I am reminded all the time how valuable I am or needed on the team and I'm lucky to have a great manager whom I continue to learn from everyday. I can't complain about the salary - I like to believe it is a reflection of what I bring to the table.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons really but if the employee cost for medical benefits for a family could improve and the medical coverage and dental coverage could improve - that would be a bonus!

      Pros

      I have been working at Billtrust for 4 years and love the culture here. We have a lot of talented hardworking people who truly like to help others. There is strong emphasis on collaboration and challenging the status quo. I feel like my ideas are heard.

      Cons

      We are like a big family. I am lucky enough to have met most people in person before the Denver office closed. I would like to see more in-person events and meetings.
