Good benefits, the on-boarding in New Jersey was a nice touch, and there is an opportunity to learn a lot . Top performers get recognized by the CEO, and when we were in the office before the pandemic, there were some nice perks like standing desks and occasional company events.

Cons

The surveys weren't anonymous, and there was a lot of turnover in 2020 before the company went public. Executives, managers and engineers either left or were nudged out, and some of the positions weren't backfilled. This led to more stress and longer hours for some teams. This was brought up several times throughout the year in the multi-team retros, but was often dismissed and some managers even made patronizing comments to their subordinates when they asked about it. Some of the company values felt pretty hollow last year.
