Pros

Work from anywhere and open PTO. Large technological stack enables cross selling as well as large net new opportunities. Products solve evolving changes to A/R landscape with automation. Management does not micro manage and listens. Teams work together better than any previous job I have held. Over all very positive experience.

Cons

Lack of equity is a significant negative. Ownership on certain items can bounce around teams. Growth predictions are a stretch.

This has been a great place for me to work for the last 14 yrs and I hope to be here many more. Billtrust has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and the support to make sure that I succeed. I could not imagine a better place to work or a better team to grow with.

Pros

Billtrust has a very rewarding and caring culture. A lot of companies talk about having a great culture but Billtrust truly lives it out. You get the disciplined freedom to have a work life balance but also get the support you need. The compensation is also very solid.

Cons
