Pros

I used to work at a much larger company and have been very impressed since I have joined. My colleagues are great, very talented and eager to help and deliver results. Management is very accessible and I can talk to anyone including the CEO. Upper management does a good job of letting us know where we stand and why we are making the changes that we are which by the way were absolutely needed.

Cons

My one complaint is that benefits are decent but not great. That's the one thing I miss from my previous company.

Opportunities for lateral and upwards mobility are numerous They recognize and reward good performance If one position isn’t right for you they won’t just give you the boot, they invest in all employees growth. Work from anywhere.

Cons

Salaries are on the low end for the beginning of a position, but raises and promotions help make up for it.

Billtrust has a lot of talented employees. There is a great culture and camaraderie if you choose to immerse yourself in it. Offer remote work and open PTO.

Cons

Like any company it has had growing pains. We are in it to improve and be the best at what we do/offer.
