Culture was terrible. I noticed they provided candidates who applied no feedback. There was also that incident where one of the employees was berating another.

Bilt is continuously innovating in a space rarely given attention. I've learned more here than I have at previous companies. You truly own your product area and are expected to know the ins and outs of how it works

Cons

Work can be fast paced here but mainly because the company is growing just as fast. There's a high bar but you'll learn a lot from being surrounded by other high performers
