Pros

The estate is beautiful and nice coworkers

They pay you lower than most jobs in the area and management is some of the worst people that are very condescending to employees.

Horrible place to work

Pros

Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance

Cons

Horrible management, low pay, raises are pathetic for employees who work their butt off, be prepared to work the holidays while management and supervisors enjoy time with their families, if you can't pay a living wage to employees then don't advertise it.
