Great Place to work but pay is not up to par to leave in Asheville

Great Company to work. Good Benefits, Wonderful people and most of all Beautiful place

Cons

The pay is very low. Its hard to leave in Asheville and work at Biltmore. I have been with the company for almost 5 years and have had to work a part time job to eat.

Cons

You will work hard, work every holiday and not get paid enough for your efforts. Your best bet is to be a server there.
