      this is very interesting and very responsibility job,becourse i am responsible for housekeepers qualiti of work and setisfection of guest.

      Supervise Public Area, SPA and Back of the house, provide support to Rooms. Have 20 employees including and window cleaners. Reporting directly to public area manager. Hotel trainer in Welcome to our World and On Job Skills Departmental Trainer. so everythings is ok

      Pros

      It is Pretty place to work. I use to enjoy my work environment but not any more. A few employees from other departments are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Have had many different managers and co workers over the years. Management is quick to point out flaws and put you down, never receive praise. Benifits get worse every year. They don't care about the fact that you have a life outside of work. Co workers and new managers will do o say anything to make them selves seem better thn everyone else.
